What does standard prep include?
Standard prep includes: Receiving & inspection, FNSKU labeling, polybagging, warning labels, sticker removal, shipping prep, and pick up to Amazon.
When will I be charged?
You’ll be billed for your full subscription amount at the beginning of each billing cycle. Reconciliation for additional units occurs at the end of the month.
Where is my bill for additional services?
Billing for additional products and services such as boxes, bundles, etc. will be billed at the end of each month.
Will I be upgraded to a different plan if I exceed the minimum number of units during my subscription cycle?
Per unit pricing for the selected tier will apply for ALL units, even those that exceed the minimum number of units (Customers will not be automatically changed to a different plan in the middle of a subscription cycle).
What is not included in standard billing?
Services subject to pricing in addition to the standard prep fee include the following. See our FAQs for more details.
