I sent them one item as an Amazon return, that they would inspect what's wrong and send pictures. I wrote countless... emails and the support would write some details, but never did the job tell the end, after 2 months I got fed up and told them to send the item to a reliable prep center. But they claimed they didn't have the item now... Worst customer support I have know for a company in my life. The item cost was $250. Going to sue these thieves.read more

WHATEVER YOU DO - DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS SERVICE. They have been sitting on over $31,000 of my inventory... for about 3 weeks now. They claimed they hadn't received it but I have the UPS tracking to prove it was received by them. They now don't know 1,217 products are?! Rather than jumping on it and getting it prepared and shipped to Amazon, they are making all sorts of excuses as to why it hasn't been shipped in. I'm about to call the police on these people.read more
