Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about FBA Prep services

Where are you located?

We are based in Florida and have warehouses across the United States. Please visit our pricing page to learn more about our packages and view a map of our warehouse coverage.

How early can I get started?

TODAY! Visit our pricing page and select the appropriate package for your business to subscribe. You will then receive an email with your credentials to access our portal. Once you have submitted your first order and provided our warehouse with Seller Central access, it will take 1 or 2 days to be fully onboarded.

Do you have any minimums?

Our smallest package includes 250 items per month which is our minimum. You can find more information about this on our pricing page. If you need prep for more than 5,000 units per month, please email [email protected] for a custom quote.

What kind of sellers do you accept?

FBA sellers: Wholesale and eCommerce Fulfillment.

Do you accept book sellers and liquidation lots?

Yes, we accept new books on a case by case basis. We do not accept liquidation lots at this time.

Do you accept new sellers?

Yes, we do, provided you subscribe to our 250 items per month plan! We ask our new sellers to be aware of Amazon FBA policies (how to enter products into Seller Central inventory, getting permission to seller gated product categories, etc.).

Do I need to pay a set-up fee?


How quickly will you ship my products out?

Your products will ship out of our warehouse to Amazon fulfillment centers within 24- 48 hours the day after receipt of goods, as long everything is correctly shipped to our warehouse and your Seller Central inventory is updated.

Will you create my Amazon shipping plans and print Amazon shipping labels for me?

Yes! Once you give us access to our company within your Seller Central account and you add your products to your Seller Central Inventory.

How do you ship my products to Amazon warehouses?

My FBA Prep utilizes Amazon couriers to send out your products, which means lower cost shipping to you! Cost of shipping will be deducted from your account within Seller Central.

Do you accept pallets and containers?

Yes! Please specify this request when you fill out our onboarding form.

How can I pay for your service?

We accept all major credit cards.
